Question Tummy support when running?

Okay.. so i have a huge stomach..its where all my fat seems to accumulate..do you know if there is anything you can wear around your stomach that can keep it together so it doesnt jiggle all over the place? some way of keeping it tucked in?

You might try a tighter undershirt like underarmor or something and then a larger shirt on top. That would def help with trying to stop the lovely jiggle that happens. I have a Nike tank top that I wear to help. Good luck and let us know if you find something!

I wear a compression top tucked into my running shorts, with a flowy tank over top. It holds everything in without showing the whole gym my business. Walmart has some by Danskin that work well!

When I was pregnant I used this tummy support thing because I had pulled a muscle from my stomach getting very large and sagging, and it helped so much! You can get them at Babies R Us. I imagine it would help any kind of tummy issue like that, pregnant or not since it's basically adjustable tummy support very similar to those back support thingies people wear when they are moving heavy thing except for the stomach of course.

Compression clothes are definitely the way to go, just make sure you buy stuff that is specifically for exercise, clothes tagged as "moisture-wicking." Some of the smoothing undergarments (things like spanx-type clothing, etc.) will trap moisture on your skin and can result in some very uncomfortable heat rash.

I wore compression tanks from Old Navy, similar to this one: http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/produc...scid=885248032 (but plain color), under a looser top

I'd be wearing shape wear/compression wear of some sort, unless there was a physical pain associated with the jiggling, and then I might move to something that would redistribute a bit if the weight, like a maternity belt or something to similar effect.

I wear compression pants (capris really) that are high-waisted, and they work really well at holding my tummy in place so that I don't have to think about it.

<--- that's them in my avatar. They're from Old Navy.
