Hello ladies So yesterday was Day 1 Week 3 healthy me...and so far so good. I am down just shy of 8 lbs now and I'm shooting to lose another 8 before June 1st!! I had started P90X but then hurt my shoulder so I haven't worked out in a couple of days besides doing some yard work. So today I am going to try and get a workout in before I head of to work. Oh and its also TOM for me which is always awful but on the plus side I am not holding onto the bloat that I had been for weeks! Good luck ladies

Goals for 2012
1. 209.6-June 1st Goal 5/28/2012
2. Onederland (July 1st goal) 7/21/2012
3. 197.3- No longer "obese" (BMI) 8/17/2012
4. 195- pre-pregnancy weight- 8/29/2012
5. 185- 60 lbs lost 1/31/13
6. 175-70lbs lost 8/15/2013
7. 168- Weight I started dating my husband at
8. 164- Ultimate Goal! no longer "overweight"(BMI)
9. 148- Weight senior year of high school
