Default Chorizo lovers rejoice!

For those of us who shamefully find joy in a greasy chorizo and egg breakfast burrito, lament no more! I have discovered soy chorizo and it is AWESOME!! It tastes just like the regular full-fat verson with way fewer calories. I made a soy chorizo breakfast burrito this morning with Egg Burritos, soy chorizo, and a high fiber tortilla. It was 225 calories and it was HUGE!

I'm already looking forward to breakfast tomorrow!

Huh. That's pretty cool! But I think for me I will stick to regular chorizo but just a smaller portion. I just think it's nice they thought to make something like that! Gotta love modern technology. LOL

I've seen the one at Trader Joe's and keep thinking about trying it... maybe now I will!
