I don't think so. I'm pretty moderate in my exercise habits. Right now I just go for a 40-minute wog (about 2/3 jogging, 1/3 brisk walking) 4 times per week.
I definitely need (and get) more sleep on the days I exercise. If I exercise in the morning, I usually have a nap that afternoon. Fortunately I'm able to incorporate naps into my days because I work from home. Still, I wish I experienced the phenomenon of feeling MORE energetic from exercise. Never have.
