Hello Ladies!
I feel like I've said I was back 800 times and have yet to get myself back! Was finally starting to feel mentally ready to take control of everything and found out my grandmother had passed away and of course inhaled sugar to cope with that. Now two weeks later I think I am back to feeling mentally ready to start this journey.
Moving home from college was tough on me and the change in some medications I was on as well as negative eating habits lead to a weight gain of around 60 ish pounds
.
So, now here I am ready to get rid of it. I am currently around 195 and want to be between 125-135 depending on how I feel when I get to 135. I know it's a big goal but I also feel capable and ready to do it. I definitely need the support of this site though, so get ready to see me posting a ton, at least when I'm not at work, babysitting, or trying to squeeze in my workouts!!!
