Some days I forget my vitamins in the morning so I take them all with dinner - anyone else ever do this? Is it bad?

I have done the same thing several times, but can't answer your question...not sure if it is bad. I figured it was more important for me to take them.

I did that a couple of times. I also just made sure I got them in later. I did not suffer any bad effects that I know of. However, since I am a stickler for such things, I just went out and bought little pill cases to put in my purse, so I can always have them on me, just in case I forget. Good Luck!

A one week Pill case work great for taking them on time. Although today I just finished filling a whole week worth and accidentally dropped the whole case on the kitchen floor and the pills went flying everywhere! I managed to find and pick each one up and put them back in order.

I don't think it necessarily bad for you BUT I was told that your body can only absorb so much calcium at one time so if you are taking them all at once you aren't absorbing all of the calcium so you aren't getting all the benefits of them. That is why the calciums are all split up like they are I guess.
