I think it might induce water loss but that just leads to water regain imho

I don't really trust these miracle promising products. Weight loss is only achieved through diet and exercise, if you want to keep it off that is. Plus those photos of "happy customers" just seem a bit extreme to me, you can't get that toned unless you're doing some intense workouts.

Body wraps cause you to lose inches for short periods of time... Most I think last about 2-6 days.

it's fine if you have something important coming up like a prom or a wedding or coffee with your husband's ex-wife but it's only short-term and you'd probably have better luck with a decent girdle.

From my understanding its a short term solution. But I imagine it'd be amazing to do right before you have an event or something.

I used to do this, years ago. Massive water loss and you cannot take fluids for a couple of hours after it. Not really healthy and the inches are back in a couple of days. As folk say, it is a fast fix for an occasion is all.
