I just try to make smart choices. I cut out soda, I take it easy on the bread, try not to overindulge on junk food, add in veggies and fruits when I can, etc.. My aim is to be between 1200 and 1400 calories given my weight and height.

I am on Weight Watchers.
Mine wasn't a diet per say, it was a lifestyle change for the rest of my life. I do not limit myself on what I can eat, but I do have to stay within points for the day.
I have lost 43 pounds on Weight Watchers with absolutely no exercise (because I have severe limitations due to a spinal fusion).

I do like WW because you can drink that soda if you want. It is a lifestyle change and think that is what is important. I know for myself, my lifestyle is what got me into trouble. It is not one piece of pizza that is going to make you gain 10lbs. Its the amount of all the extra pieces that you did it.

Being that I've followed so many diets, I always fall back into the ww wagon. It's a slow weight loss journey for me because I have an under active thyroid, but for me what works is: low carb, gluten free, low fat. And getting in at least 3-4 days of working out.
