Good evening ladies. I'm new to this forum, although I've popped in now and again. Thought I'd go ahead and join you all. I've been on the Prevention site for a while. I started beachin it on June 4th and have lost 9 1/2 lbs.and several inches from waist and hips. Hope to get to know all of you.
It looks like a lot of you don't like ricotta. I happen to love it.I usually mix it with a little ff yogurt and blueberries or with strawberries, sweetener, and strawberry extract. I sometimes add Blue Bunny yogurt that is sweetened with Splenda. Of course, it makes a difference on the brand of Ricotta.Most of them are so-so but Polly-0 is so much creamier. I could easily pass up ice cream for my ricotta dessert.
