what the Ricotta is used for? I am assuming Ricotta Cheese? I see some of u adding FFyougart, and splenda and such to it? Are u making a desert out of this?
Is it any good. I have used Ricotta Cheese for Making Stuffed Noodles, just never heard of using it in a dessert sort of way Is this what u are using it for? Is it any good?

The SBD book recommends it as a dessert. You take 1/2 cup of ricotta and add a little artificial sweetener, and your choice of flavorings. Some of the gals have been very inventive with it! It is a semi-cheesecake substitute. (Cheesecakes are made with ricotta cheese in some places) It's delicious
