Default Local gym biggest loser: Results?

Anyone curious what our small town local gym Biggest Loser participants did in the past 12 weeks??

8 people. All 60-110 lbs over weight at start in January. Twice weekly personal training. Weekly nutrition counseling. Open gym and free group fitness classes available 24/7 (not really, but pretty close).

What do you think they achieved? And I'm talking numbers as well as emotional well being.

Any guesses?

I'm sure it's no where near what the contestants lose on TV, but I hope they were successful

Thanks for your interest!
Biggest loser was 53 pounds lost, worst loser was 10.

I was amazed at the emotional transformation. All participants are excited about the warmer weather and getting active. Many have signed up for classes and memberships.

Overall, though, a totally cool transition in a relatively short amount of time!

Everyone here can do this!!!

I just want to encourace all to utilize all the resources available and know that nothing is impossible.
