Default Fall/Winter Mamas 2012

Sorry if I missed it, I didn't see one!

I don't know when I'm due. Sometime between 15 Oct - 21 Oct. I had an MC in Nov so my cycles were wonky. I suspect I am around 6-7 weeks due to the same facial acne outbreak and queasiness I had with my son. Midwife will do an ultrasound at my late March appointment for dating.

Et TOI?

So sorry to hear about your m/c, Sacha. Congrats on this little one. Can't wait to see what your due date is. xoxo

I'm due 09/20/12. Feeling nauseous. And exhausted. Going in for my next check up 02/29 and an ultrasound 03/09. Can't wait to see my little one & hear that heartbeat finally.

sacha, I saw this thread and just wanted to say congratulations!!! I am truly really excited for you. My most recent round of IVF failed, but we are still trying and will be starting another cycle next month with transfer of two embryos in April. I really hope I'll get to join you and others here at some point in the near future.

Hiya ladies! I'll join in. Just found out today...guessing we conceived Valentine's day, but according to the way doctor's compute from your last period I guess I am at 4 or 5 weeks? So I guess that puts me due in the beginning of November.

Unexpected, but ecstatic. Feeling really freaked out right now about weight. Was doing do good at losing and have a wedding in July. No way I'll fit in that dress now. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, but I am completely freaked and am trying to switch my plans now 360. Have to up my calories and that is going to be HAAAAARD And accept I'm going to be a fat bride, lol. I think that might be the hardest!! But all worth it. Also freaked out because I found out so early this time (we also have a 4 yr old, but didn't find out till much later in the pregnancy), so now I am so worried about miscarrying. Trying to take deep breaths, so figured joining this thread might help me relax!

Congrats, jessicado! So exciting!
I completely understand about worrying about putting on weight. But I'm sure you're going to an absolutely beautiful bride. You'll have the bridal & pregnancy glow on that special day!
I was so worried with this one, too, about miscarrying. I don't know why. I've never had any issues. And my 1st pregnancy was fine. I think I just read too much online & it gets me all worked up.
Congrats again!

Thanks AbbySinthe Ha, I think that is it...with all the info online, it is overload and now I am completely paranoid.

Still trying to adjust to it being okay to eat (who knew that would be so hard?!?!?). I had also read it was okay to continue exercising, but after running on Saturday, I had some immediate spotting and am now completely freaked out, so am taking a break from that until I can see a doctor. Big deep breaths, lol

Hi Jessica!
Congrats!!

I'm glad to know there is someone else due around the same time as me!

What kind of work outs are you doing? Before pgcy I was jogging and doing the Shred videos. I guess now I will just keep up with the treadmill for as long as I feel ok.

Hey Mama, thanks, you too!

Before I found out I was preggers I was running about 3 miles a day. I planned on doing the same during the pregnancy, but a few weeks ago I started bleeding after running. It didn't last very long, but still scared the crap out of me so now I'm afraid to do anything like that. I have a doctor's appointment in a few weeks, so hopefully will find out more then about what I can do. Until then just doing lightweight stuff like dance games on the Kinect. I would really like to be able to run though, I gained so much weight with the last pregnancy and I don't want that to happen this time!!!!

Jessica- Yeah, that is so scary!! Have you been to the dr yet? Hope all is well!!

Congrats sacha!! You HAVE to let us know how many babies are in there after your u/s!!!! LOL!!!!

So....I have been on the lookout for a Shred style workout DVD, but for pregnant ladies. I found some, but they are all kinda pricey for me. I was thinking about going back to the Shred Level I and trying it, and just modifying moves as needed (like, I don't think I'd feel ok doing jumping jacks, so I'd do something else).
What do you girls think??? I am DYING to work out again, and really miss the HIIT stuff.

Sacha!! Congratulations!!

You'll have to let us know what your ultrasound shows. I thought I was pg with twins this time around because my clothes stopped fitting at 8 weeks (yikes!) Nope, turns out everything is just... looser... with each pregnancy, lol!

I'm really, really excited for you!!
