A few months ago I was working out and was getting weird pains in my head like light headed. I went to the doctors and found out I have high blood pressure. I want to start working out again and was wondering if anyone here has high blood pressure can they please tell me what exercise they do that really does not make the bp go up too much.
I would have to say lots of walking...It will help with weightloss, and the more weight you lose I'd think the more your BP will decrease and eventually you can up the intensity.
I am no expert so I would definitely ask your doctor what's safe.
