Well where should I start? I do WW but my father does Atkins. His birthday is coming up and I want to make him something nice. His favorite desert in the whole world is Cherry Pie. So I was wondering if anybody had a low carb cherry pie or close to it recipie. I have already gotten so many recipies to try but if anybody has one PLEASE laet me know! Thanks

My best idea is to find some Lucky Leaf No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling, and put it in a low carb crust. Here is a recipe for a crust, but I haven't tried it:
LOW-CARB PIE CRUST
1-1/2 cups pecan meal, crushed up very finely
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
6 packets Splenda
2 tablespoons Sugar Twin brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients into a ball
Press ball into a glass pie pan
Take a fork & push up sides & around bottom
Take a spoon (or pizza rolling pin) & smooth it out
Bake for 10 minutes
Let cool & refrigerate
Fill with filling of your choice
