Default Anyone know of any books that list the Glycemic Levels of Foods?

I'm looking for a food index with the glycemic levels of foods. I know there's a website that has a list (www.medosa.com), but I would like a carry along book for everyday.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

The Sugar Busters book has a listing, and there is another one...I think it is called The Glucose Revolution that has a listing.
