Ive been losing weight for about a year now, but i started off at 300+ and i still have a ways to go.. You guys are all inspiring!

You are doing great! Keep going! This is definitely the place to come for support. I came back after losing, then gaining again, and lurking. I finally have become accountable for my weight gain, no matter how uncomfortable to admit. You and I are the same height. What is your ultimate goal? Your dream size? I would like to be 150, but I don't think the size matters so much as the final appearance. I want to be muscular and fit!
