Love to order meat pizza (sausage & pepperoni), tell them to keep the sauce SUPER light (if I tell them no sauce, it sticks to the bread) and then just eat the toppings. I hope I'm not the only one who does this... lol

This made me giggle because about a month ago I had to work really late and I was the only one here. Well, they had ordered in pizza for lunch for everybody that day but I skipped. That night I got so hungry I went to the kitchen and heated up a couple slices and picked the cheese off and and went to town. I felt so sneaky but it was good!

I wish I could do that, but I can't because the gluten would still get me (and I don't know if I'd have the self-control, lol, I admire you!). I make 'pizza' on slices of eggplant, I bake them on one side in the oven for awhile, then turn them over, add the sauce, toppings and cheese (lately I've been lazy and just added cheese, but in the past I've added sliced peppers, bacon and mushroom, I fried it all for a bit first since the pizzas only get cooked long enough for the cheese to melt). Yummy!
