I have to say that I have tried every diet known in the past, but this time I decided that it is as simple as eating less and exercising more. I stopped eating burgers and fries at fast food places also. I consciously made an effort to not over eat or to bypass eating something that would tempt me to eat more. I walk quite a bit also.
