Default Some nice whole foods recipes at Bon Appetit website

Just ran across this handy article on the Bon Appetit magazine website: The Bon Appetit "2012 Food Lover's Cleanse".

Despite what it sounds like there is no wheat grass juice in sight --
it's just a rather odd title for 2 weeks' worth of whole foods menus with recipes and cheerful pictures. There's even a shopping list to download if you want to do the whole thing. Some recipes are for more than one meal -- designed to leave leftovers for part of lunch the next day.

Is it sadder for me or for the standard American diet that I looked through the whole thing and thought, "But this is pretty much how I eat all the time -- ?"

I looked at this and said "oh this looks like food I eat/can eat now!"
It is quite sad that others can't do the same but maybe we can influence them.
This looks great, I may try a few- thanks for the link!
