Just ran across this handy article on the Bon Appetit magazine website: The Bon Appetit

Despite what it sounds like there is no wheat grass juice in sight --
it's just a rather odd title for 2 weeks' worth of whole foods menus with recipes and cheerful pictures. There's even a shopping list to download if you want to do the whole thing. Some recipes are for more than one meal -- designed to leave leftovers for part of lunch the next day.
Is it sadder for me or for the standard American diet that I looked through the whole thing and thought, "But this is pretty much how I eat all the time -- ?"
