WooHoo! It is a new game

I think I will count calories just to make sure I am getting enough of them. I had a nice snack yesterday and very nice dinner and I was stuffed. Calories were lowish....

Looking back, ideally I would like to eat my dinner around 3:30 pm and then have something light around 6 or 7.... family always complains when I do that because they want me eating with them....I think it was part of the reason for my weight gain....looking back a few years, I naturally went till 3 or later and then was fed around 5 and out of "guilt" to have a family dinner, I ate again and got fat....hmmmmm....

So, I guess I need to inform them that I will have a snack with them, but I will follow my eat earlier.
