Default Hummus!

It's derishush! What do you like to eat it with? I just discovered carrots go great with it!

My fave is any color bell pepper strips/chunks - love it. (Obviously all the flatbread/pita/crisps anything like that is good if you've got the calories to spare with it.)

Also like it on a panini as one of the flavors - spread on the bread and it's a healthy 'fat' ... adds a kick.

I love pita chips, but not eating starch right now. My new faves are red bell peppers and presliced mushrooms. Broccoli is pretty good too.

I love to make a salad and put a couple tablespoons of salsa and a dollop of Hummus on it instead of salad dressing - very yummy. If you do the hummus without the salsa, it's great too and has the texture and a bit of the flavor of a Cesar salad - especially if you use garlic hummus.

I know this can sound a little bit strange but I really like to dip pieces of celery into hummus! Oh, what a delicious(and almost totally healthy) treat!

Oh, the hummus on salad sounds great! I'm going to try that.
Unfortunately, I like hummus with tortilla chips---and I tend to over eat it

Hummus is one of my favorite foods.

I also put it on salad - and dip every kind of vegetable into it. The starchiest thing I use for dip is rice crackers (not rice cakes), and then only a few because I don't eat a lot of starches. I think roasted sweet potato wedges would be good.

I also put lots of extras in my hummus - green and red peppers, cilantro and parsley, grated carrot, whatever I have on hand. The food processor makes mush out of all of it.
