Talking I'm Full, Therefore I Must Have Gained!!

Anyone else feel this way at times. To be honest i'm rarely "full" but today i'm really full and looking at my day so far it's been great choices (light eng muff w/nat p.butter, raw carrots and 6" Subway Club). But i automatically feel like oh i must have gained because i feel this way.

Anyone else feel this way ever?

All the time! Also, I feel like I should have lost if I'm hungry when I weigh in.

Funny, I was just talking about this with my hubby the other day. I said there's no possible way I can be losing weight. In never hungry...shouldn't I feel deprived? Apparently not. I lost 2.6 at my last weigh in.

YES!! Me too! I usually only eat about 1/2 my weeklies give or take and stay within my pts during the week and my body just doesn't like to let go!! I think it's also hard when eating out, those hidden calories are hard to determine!!

I just don't eat out anymore. It's just too easy to use up too many points. Although I do love a good old' subway sub once in a while. Other than that it's such a huge waste of points. If I have to go, I save my weeklies specifically for that. I try hard not to spend them otherwise. I like to think of them as my safety net, just in case I make a mistake counting points, or forget to track something. It's like a little buffer.

Actually no, I feel like if I don't eat my points my body is going to go into starvation mode and hang onto that fat.
What I hate is those days where you're CONSTANTLY hungry and can't get enough to eat no matter what.

Ya happens to me too, i will bring my lunch at work, and then be stuffed after break... then all week i am thinking i will gain weight at weigh in.... cause ive eaten so much, but its all veggies and free stuff mostly. I try to eat light on the day before weigh in though, when i eat before going to bed (i am a snack fiend) i find my weight is up in the morning big time, but if i just cool it on the snacks in the evening and have a light dinner then i may see my loss that weigh in day.

Ugh. Those days are the worst.

I do know that sometimes when I eat my APs I get all paranoid I'll gain. Like, last week I earned 30 APs and ate most of them (didn't touch my weeklies) and was *convinced* I'd see a gain. Ridiculous, the mental headgames we put ourselves through!

I wont eat any of my AP's cause i always think im counting them wrong. "I" think i am working hard, so i figure its X number of points earned, but it could be less... i just never know! so i dont bother to count them. Generally i just stick to 26 points per day and dont eat more.

I find i can only eat about half my weeklies because i'm not always sure i'm counting right if i go out and there are sneaky hidden points!! Lately i haven't received any AP but if i do, i never eat those, they are just a bonus to look at lol!!!

It's a weird psychological thing for me since I earn the APs (and I usually underestimate the level of activity, just in case). But since I *do* set my weeklies to about 25 instead of 49, I could always just take from the weeklies and see how that goes. Hmm. Perhaps I should try that. I started taking from the APs first because 49 weeklies was too much of a temptation to overeat. But since I can now change how many weeklies I get maybe I should switch it back!

I always feel like this! I weighed in on Sat and was up .4 but got TOM an hour later so i'm hoping it was actually a loss lol! Gosh the math and mind games my head plays!! I also do away with half my weeklies at the beginning of the week like they don't exist because i can't eat them all and still lose.
