Default How many calories to you eat a day? Plus.....

I am just curious to see how many calories everyone eats daily. Do you exercise daily? How many lbs do you avg for weight loss each week?

For calories I stay under 1750 on days I workout and 1250 on my none workout day, I exercise 6x a week(50 mins each time)and have been averaging a 2lb loss each week.

That's pretty amazing! I work out 6 days a week, still nursing my 13 month old, eat 1400-1600 cal a day (lower carb) and loose 2 lbs a month!
Of course, I have a sluggish thyroid, so that has to be taken into account.

I recently changed my workout routine (last week). i eat 1700 - 1800 every day. Weight train + HIIT 3x/week, and do moderate cardio 6x/week (like one hr bike or dance). In this week my lost was 1.98 pounds.

About 1700-1800 a day and exercise 5X a week. I lose about 2-1 1/2 lbs on average

I aim for 1,146 a day. I'm trying to work out 3-4 days a week. RIGHT NOW I'm working out every day, but I'm just excited and overdoing it. Once I calm down it'll be 3-4 days a week.

As for what I'm losing--I need a new battery for my scale before I can answer that.

1800 ish cal, exercise 5x a week for about 30 min at a time. It's light workouts -- not hard. Like in the 120's for heart rate average.

It's been - 0.9 lbs a week so far and I'm content with that given the PCOS/IR and hypothyroid. That it moves at all is a miracle! I was stalled for a loooong time.

i tend to eat around 1700-1800 per day, sometimes more if it's a workout day. in the past i averaged 1.5-2 pounds per week loss.

as far as workouts, i tend to work out 4-6 days a week, either with fitness videos or at the gym, or just an hour long brisk walk. and sometimes i will do 60 minutes in the afternoon, and then 45-60 minutes in the evening with my husband at the gym when he's done with classes. on the double workout days i tend to eat around 2200 calories.
