I'm 30 something and I have 27 lbs I would like to get off of me. It's been a struggle to get started this time around and I thought maybe some encouragement from others dealing with the same thing would be helpful.
I'm 31 and have a lot to lose. It's hard, harder than I remember. I've been going to the gym and eating healthier for a month and still haven't noticed a change. Hang in there, we can support eachother and make progress together!
