So can we have the light and fit yogurt, the fat free, sugar free vanilla flavored yogurt? I was told before (I think, not sure) that we could on phase 2. Because if we can, that's a good alternative. On phase 2 that stuff is great with chopped apples. Used to eat that all the time after I gave birth and it helped me lose weight (the pre SBD days though, so I probably ate stuff not SBD kosher.)

Anyhow plain yogurt could be used to make a lovely 'cream' sauce for chicken if you're going the savory route.

Sweet? How about a packet of splenda and a crushed up sugar free chocolate andy? Russell Stover makes some good ones. There is a pecan chocolate caramel kind that is divine. It would be like that ice cream you can get at Baskin Robbins only more of a pudding like consistency.

I use a little bit of sugar free syrup in my plain greek yogurt. I have this like 3 times per week on phase 1. Yum yum.

oooh, never thought of adding instant coffee to my yogurt, yum!
good with so many extracts- a little sf chocolate syrup or cocoa and imitation banana extract, or choc/caramel, or swirl some natural peanut butter and splenda or agave... i have to admit, i was a fage girl, but chobani has less of a tart flavor to it that is kind of refreshing...

Oh! I just tried this and thought that I must share it!
I used orange jello in my plain yogurt (only about 1/8 tsp or so, but you might like more), but also I added some Coffeemate Sugar Free Vanilla Creamer (the artificial, powdered stuff). It tasted like an orange creamcicle! It was heavenly~! This is my new staple snack.

Once you get to phase 2, greek Fage with frozen blueberries and a packet of sweetner is really good.

SF pudding mix is too yummy in it, I'm looking for my ice cream maker because I have a hunch it'll taste even better frozen.
