thats right i'm back on the pills. i know i know ephedra is dangerous and i know it could kill me lucky i'm a fatalist. but i was really tired and run down and just happend to find some xenadrine in the cupboard so i took some just as a bit of a pick me up. and i might as well used them up can't have them wasting in the cupboard can i. so i'm absolutly buzzing at the moment. gonna go running again try and burn off some of this stuff

Si, You've so hard to get healthy and in shape, so don't throw it away now with that crap!!! How are you going to win your pint by running if you have a heart attack!!! Throw that stuff in the garbage and keep your focus on being healthy. You've done such a great job already!!

I agree, Si! There banning all of that ephedra here in the States, I think! You're too charming to risk your life over that stuff! (Not trying to sound like Mum, though, tee hee!)
