Had a great fish dish last night,

8.0oz of Taliapa
15ml (1 Tsp) of Soy Sauce
2 Pinches on Cayenne Pepper,
Pan Fry until cooked, 1 tsp of Grape Seed oil for the pan - there will be enough salt in the Soy Sauce to not warrant any more,

For my Veggies, I made Kale Chips - 67g is 1 Cup - OMG How awesome are they!!!, and a cup of steam broccoli - 85g is 1 cup

Like a IP OP Fish and Chips, too boot, was down 1.4lbs from yesterday! Woo hoo

Cheers/S....

Try this on any fish. I love it on salmon.

1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (0 sugar)
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
Prep in a mini food processor and spread on fish during the last 5 min of broiling.
Yummy!

My favorite fish recipe is with Tomato Basil Tilapia and is from Spark People... So simple yet amazingly delicious!

I hope you are all familiar with SparkPeople.com. It is so much fun and also has an IP group and is FREE...

Tomato Basil Tilapia

Submitted by: CVANBEEK

This recipe is SO easy, and so good with any kind of mild fish. We also use the tomatoes to top pasta.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 425
In a 9 x 13 inch pan, stir together the tomatoes, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and ½ of the basil.
    Roast for 15 minutes
Remove from oven, and stir gently
Nestle fish fillets in pan with tomatoes
Place back in oven and continue roasting 7 to 10 minutes, or until fish is no longer translucent and tomatoes are just beginning to burst
    Remove from oven
Divide fish on to individual plates
Add remaining basil to the tomatoes and spoon over fish

Thanks maykat, I didn't realize there was an IP group at Sparkpeople. I will check it out.
