Default NSV...I'm Still ALIVE!!!
I have been in a diet depression and a bit of an emotional slump. But, NSV...I did it. Today, I tried Tae Bo Celebrity Cardio Fit and ....I did the ENTIRE video!!!!! And I'M STILL ALIVE....I am tired and my 10 year old daughter will have to pull me out of the basement...but I MADE IT. I pushed myself and I feel great (emotionally). The downside...I smell horrible

LOL! Great job. This is how I feel on Wednesdays at the gym after "Boot Camp" and "Karadio X" and it really is a great feeling when you realize you can do it. Keep it up!

Well done!! Billy Blanks' Tae Bo workouts are killer for sure! He works you hard but somehow, in between all the pain and the sweat, I manage to enjoy it.
