Question Ww

I am torn between doing WW again or counting calories. I am 80lbs overweight. Does anyone think WW is too much food to eat/day ?

I think that any plan that you can live with on a long term basis is going to work.

Both methods works great. It is more a questions of money, convenience and real life (meeting) vs virtual (online) support I think.
