Default 2 weeks in, down 11 pounds!
I just completed Week 2 on Medifast and I'm already down 11 pounds! I lost NINE Week 1, and then an addition 2 this week. This is the easiest diet I've ever been on (I HATE cooking and my work schedule is insane) so I'm a happy girl!

Good for you!! my dad lost like 45 pounds in 3 months on that!
but after he stopped he gained most of it back!! so keep control.

Congratualtions! Keep up the good work. Today is the end of my first week! Can't wait ti weigh tomorrow, it won't be as good as your first week, but i'll be down significantly...
