L - leafy greens, grape tomatoes, red cabbage, carrots, leftover chicken from our dinner party on Sunday night, crispy onions, fat free caesar dressing

S - ate all my cherries so it's a tangelo today

D - chicken parmesan, no pasta, roasted brussel sprouts

Exercise - 3.5 miles, 375 calories
