Your body may be trying to catch up... but you shouldnt really stall on IP... Have you changed products? meals? time of day? I dunno!

What are you eating on a daily basis? Have you asked your coach?

Evaluate everything you are eating, even your seasonings and make sure you aren't accidentally eating something you shouldn't. Do you use a lot of WF products, syrups, artificial sweeners? Are you drinking enough water? Did you recently ramp up your exercise, potentially putting your body in starvation mode? There are lots of things that can cause your losses to slow down. Tell us more about how your day goes, maybe give us a breakdown of 3 or 4 days.

Same here...two pounds and two inches; however, I did start exercising lightly this week and feel my body likely put on more muscle. My scale only give wieght and BMI, so I don't know for sure.

Yes, I also started exercising this week...light jogging...perhaps that is it?

Ask your coach about a new tea that they have coming out. Apparently it is supposed to boost your metabolism and help people in a stall phase.

Over the past 8-9 days I haven't been swimming, hiking or horseback riding much and weight loss seems to have ramped-up. IP is called, "the couch potato diet" but, I intend to continue swimming because according to the NowLoss website, exercising to the point of sweating during weight loss helps reduce loose skin.

I weigh in every 2 weeks and usually about 6 lbs lost. I have recently started some volunterr work which requires walking big dogs, which do pull me all over the place.. perhaps thats why but I have only done this twice so im not sure.. i intend to stick with it though.. ill deal with slower losses if I must. My TOM came early this month too so maybe that could be a reason... but on the plus, the scale was down this morning another lb so maybe im jsut paranoid for nothing.. any loss is good right! hoping to loss ten by my bday next month and since i made myself that promise im down 4 lbs.. 6 more to go and i am rewarding myself with a great bday outting.. maybe I shoulod jsut go with the flow and if mmy losses really do stop, I should worry then.. ? i mean 4 lbs in a month isnt that bad right?

Hang in there Carrielee! 4lbs is better than none! That's 4 less than you had to carry around before. Remember the picture of the 5lbs of fat? Not far off from that. Be proud of your goals no matter how big or small they me be! You've come a long way already! Congratulations on your success!
