Ditto to FoolishHeart! I have all my supplements from Walmart also. I've also found very comparable pricing at www.swansonhealthproducts.com . I may order from them for my next supply. I'm trying to find one that I don't have to take 3x a day. :P

Even before switching to alternatives, at the beginning when I was using 100% IP products, I never bought the IP supplements. I have the IP supplements sheet which I am attaching it in here for your info, and I follow what is recommanded to take and buy my supplements from Costco, Walmarts, GNC and local pharmacies.

I also wonder the same thing the ip multi vitamins seem to be have higher doses of vits then my other ones...but I would love to use up what I have rather than buy more ip ones....
