Hi all. i've tried a couple of different Pilates videos and the best one I've found is Pilates conditioning for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason. It's a Gaiam one and I got it at Costco. I have the DVD and it's fantastic because it has modifications for for those of us who are less flexible or less strong. I do the fully modified version, but I'm building up to the partially modified and then unmodified. The great thing about the DVD is you can just focus on the modified exercises and not be distracted by the full thing. You don't need anything but a mat and maybe a pillow. It's really good and not so difficult that it's discouraging. I really recommend it.
