Hi (waving),

Tonight is my 1st IP meal, as I just left my appt at the clinic..I have a BIG goal, 90lbs! I have kidney disease and some other medical problems so this is serious business for me! I have to lose weight but I also WANT to lose it for myself. 2011 was a year full of steroids for me so that didn't help! Thanks for letting me join your very supportive group! Good luck to you all

Welcome!! I know 90lbs sounds like an insurmountable goal, but you CAN do it!! Wuv (who posted above me) has lost 115 just since the end of April, she's an amazing inspiration.
