Hi everyone! I started my lifestyle change last week of

Jan 1st - 127 (not real weight - just NYE greasy food, alcoholic drink weight)
Jan 6th - 123.6 (BMI of 25!!!!)

I was shocked to see this today. I had been hovering around 125 for so long. I had my TOM right before Christmas and then I didn't weight myself over Christmas. I suspect that I had my woosh over Christmas but then gained a little water weight over the holidays. So a lot of this might be weight that I lost 2 weeks ago - but I will take it!

130lbs. down 2 since Jan. 1 (was up 5 from mid dec). ...likely a combination of fluid retention and hormonal imbalances. i'll be happy to be back in the 120's (soon i hope!)
