I have decided I am going to do 2 bars a day+ 1 a shake (make one at home) and a low carb meal for the first two weeks and see how it goes! I will let you guys know how it works!
Can't wait for my shipment! I think I may just steal some of my roomies protein powder and make wishlists on different kinds of shakes/ and flavorings etc that I see on here unless it tastes realllly bad
