That is exactly how I feel. I lost about 40 pounds in 2011 and ran a 5 mile race on New Years Day. It feels great to be continuing on rather than starting fresh. I'm struggling a little with the fact that the motivation is changing. My body is "chubby" rather than miserably fat. Now I'm more motivated by fitness goals and moving forward.

It wasn’t just me; it was almost everyone that set a goal. We just all made them too ambitious. I like to have an idea in my head of where I want to be at the end but I’m always happy with a loss of any size. You never know what life is going to bring or how your body will take the changes.
