That's what I think. Plus with all that detox your skin will look nicer, too.

I'm not going to lie, I drink water in a schedule around when i can pee. Since I teach high school, I can't just walk out of class. So my life works like this:
Get up@5:45: water/coffee, cause I can pee before I leave for work.
8am-9am: chug water, cause I can use the bathroom between 9-10
11:15am, chug water, lunch is at 12:04.
Etc. etc. Its tedious, for sure, but it ensures I get enough water in. And frankly, after a while, your body gets used to it, you use the bathroom less and it gets used to "12:04?! YAY pee time!"

That's a good thing! I like to drink a lot then go until it comes out clear. That's how I know I'm adequately hydrated (or so I've been told). I like to make a game of it and see how long it takes me every morning until I get it clear and declare victory for the day! (Then go drink more!)

It may or may not get "better" for you. I still have to pee all the time, but I was always that way if I drank a lot of anything.

Not going to lie, I struggle with this so much. When I drink water I have to pee every 5-10mins and I have been drinking this amount for at least 6 months and it hasn't gotten better. My mom often makes fun of me and has started telling me she is going to charge me for toilet paper while at her house!
Instead I have learned to do it around my schedule. If I have to go out somewhere, I only drink around a cup of water to avoid having to use the washroom every 10mins. When I am home I drink water until I am hydrated but that means I am up and peeing ALL THE TIME! My boyfriend and I often joke about me having the bladder of a infant. I try to look at it this way, every time I get up to walk to the bathroom I am burning extra calories hahaha

First day back wasn't that bad. I took some of your advice and drank water close to when I knew I would be taking a break. I feel a little bloated though could it be from all the water?
