Mmmm... I love smoothies... but.. never thought them possible while "on plan"...

What do you put in them? I'd like fruit flavoured ones best I think...

It fits yes but 4 cups I thought would be too big. Maybe instead of drinking my calories make a smaller smoothie and a bigger salad.

If your'e still hungry then it's too big (or I should say too many calories for what you're getting?). My husband makes a humongous smoothie in the morning. He starts with water, adds frozen strawberries, a lot of celery and an apple. I think the whole thing has about 325 calories? He drinks half of it in the morning and the other half right when he gets home from work (before he has dinner, so that he's not as ravenous). I personally prefer to eat my calories than to drink them, so I really think it comes down to personal preference. I don't really eat breakfast....but when I do, I will eat egg whites with salsa and a wasa cracker. That comes out to be about 150 calories. I hope you figure out what works for you.

I'm so glad that I found this thread. I have been wanting a smoothie for a couple of weeks but I can't seem to find a good recipe that has exact ingredients to include the calorie count. Can anyone recommend a good banana smoothie to include calorie count? Thanks for all of your help.
