Hey Everyone:

So I got this new app for my phone that track calories for food as well as my workouts...but I am unsure if DVDs are considered low, medium, high intensity! I mean obviously there are some where I don't stop moving and they seem like high intensity, but then again there are some like yoga that seem like high intensity because they BURN!

These two sites give breakdowns and information on DVD's {beginner, intermediate, advanced} as well as clips and reviews. Hope that helps.
