All - I think the weeks seem confusing, but the week goes from Fri to Thurs

So glad you got us going on this, Bandit. We've been through Halloween, Thanksgiving, and all the pre-holiday parties and still saw a loss. Yay!

I'm with Loose Seal! Although I didn't do as well as I wanted, I did lose some weight........and I'm ready to lose some more. What do the rest of you think?

And mega congratulations to all of us. I think this kept us on track. Heaven only knows how much I might have gained without the challenge.
I'm in as well. I got off to a bad start for this challenge with going on holidays at beginning and found it hard to recover, but I honestly feel if I didn't have you guys to share our struggles I would have done worse.
So a new challenge after Christmas sounds like a good idea.
In the meantime I would like to challenge everyone to a "holiday daily exercise" challenge. We all know there will be lots of food & treats at this time, but if we make exercise a must, it will help. So lets start this on Fri Dec 23 and go until & including Sun Jan 1st. So that is 10 days altogether.
This will be a good kick off for our next challenge after Christmas.
Bandit, this is a great idea and one I, for one, will find difficult to manage.
However, I'm up for it! Boardwalk, treadmill, or toning tape. One a day will keep me better off. Thanks!
