Thumbs up Finally less than 180!
Met my goal this morning of 179!

My goal was to have a BMI in the "over weight" range instead of obese

So now I can say it, I'm not "obese" I'm just over weight

I feel great. My hubby loves it too Not throwing in the towel though. I would LOVE to get down to 159 by the spring - another 20 lbs. On ward and up ward! Whoo hoo!

Congratulations Ms. WannaBSlim! Thanks for the inspiration, I just had a little cheat and ate a delicious magic cookie bar someone's wife made and brought to work! Your success inspires me to stay on track the rest of the day and have an extra good workout this evening!

I too have met a mini goal...I am now under 170 lbs :-) Just a little under but still in the 160's!!
