D - apple cider chicken w/pecan rice, steamed bok choy

E - 20 min wog on treadmill, some pilates/yoga

D~thinking of pizza only because I don't want to cook because my hot water heater sprung a leak and I don't feel like boiling water to wash dishes by hand. We're due for a new water heater to be installed today, but my dishwasher is already full! I know. I'm lazy!!!
Saturday:
B - apple cider, oatmeal w/ls jam
L - @chik-fil-a - spicy chicken sandwich, a couple fries
S - cranberry bagel, a couple bites of cheese/crackers, cup of apple cider
D - @cooking club - 2 cocktails, bunch of baked brie, crackers w/dip, cranberry bran bread, two pulled pork sliders, pumpkin seed brittle
E - 75 min moderate/vigorous yoga class (I did a headstand!)
Sunday:
B - leftover cranberry bran bread
S - (samples at grocery store) - ham, cheese/cracker, eggnog
S - rest of cranberry bran bread, spoon of PB
D - turkey roast, baked sweet potatoes, salad, gravy, cranberry sauce, glass of wine
E - 30 min dog walk

Tuesday:

S - ghetto mocha (hot cocoa mix + decaf coffee)
L - leftover turkey spinach pasta
S - two tiny cookies, atkins bar, four dove squares, a truffle
D - chicken tortellini w/sauce, buttercup squash puree
S - PB
E - 20 min wog this morning, 3:30::1:30 walk::run

At way too much chocolate yesterday. It didn't seem like much at the time but it probably added up.
Wednesday:

L - lean cuisine garlic ginger chicken, leftover squash puree
S - banana
D - tuna noodle casserole
S - oat bran w/raisins & apple cider
E - 40 mins pilates

Wednesday

L~depends, either leftover pizza (if home) or leftover savory bread pudding and green beans (if at work)--I have a 4 hour window for the healthcare company to come and pick up the oxygen stuff that my Dad didn't even use while here over Thanksgiving. Thanks SIL for having it delivered after my Dad indicated he didn't need it. Ugh.
D~gallo pinto, turkey sausage, possibly some eggs as well.
Thursday:

L - leftover tuna noodle casserole, string cheese
S - pear
D - pasta w/sauce of zucchini, mushrooms, kidney beans, garlic, onion, chx broth, little half & half, cornstarch, lemon juice, white wine (i.e. "Jessica invents sauce that uses up leftover ingredients")
E - 20 min wog 3:30::1:30 walk::run

Totally don't remember what Friday's dinner was. I guess it must not have been too good!

D - @Thai food - chicken satay, cup of tom yum soup, cabbage salad, beef pad see ewe, tilapia in sweet and sour sauce
S - hot cocoa, extra chocolate

Sunday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, pear, skim milk, walnuts
L - nutrigrain bar, bread (yeah, not much of a lunch)
D - cooking light manicotti, glass of wine, big salad w/italian dressing
S - more bread
E - dog walk
Monday:
B - oatmeal, apple, flaxseed, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover manicotti
S - string cheese, trail mix
D - @Morton's for DH's company holiday party - glass of wine, bread, caesar salad, filet + mashed potatoes, choc mousse
E - some walking around
