Talking Yay!!!

So i have set my goal and i am going to get there it is going to be the only way i can keep from going nuts! It helps so much that i have my sorta sister in law to help! We will be checking in with each other daily to be sure we both are staying on track and i think that if i have someone to answer to then i can do this! I dont only have one big goal i have a few small ones! Having the mini goals will help me get to the bigger picture! I am also writing everything down, as far as my plan for the day, everything that hits my lips, my workout outs, my thoughts, and my weight and measurements! I am one of those people that have to write everything down!

That's great!! Having someone to talk to will REALLY help you on your journey!

Small goals also really help move you along I loved every time I reached one of my minigoals.

Good luck!

IMHO, mini goals are the way to go. That's why doing a challenge, like the ones found on this board, are so great. They usually last only a month or two and you are held accountable to others. It really makes sticking to your plan a bit easier to do.

I wish you all the best on reaching your goal!

Being accountable to someone is always a big motivator for me so I would think that the two of you holding each other accountable will be a good thing. With your SIL as a close support person, you have someone to encourage you and brainstorm with you on weight loss ideas.

Sounds like a success story in the making! Good luck!!
