Good morning!!!
Up bright and early over here. Yesterday was crazy so I didn't get the chance to catch up with everyone's posts but I skimmed through them. Congrats to all of those with SVs and NSVs!!!
I'm still hanging in there. Let me tell you though I can't wait for the energy boost I got about 2 weeks in last time. I was getting up with my husband (about 4am) working hard all day and crashing into bed at night exhausted. It was wonderful.
I also discovered a surefire appetite suppressant yesterday. I was starving mid morning with the baby napping and just me at home and wanted so badly to cave in and snack. Instead I went and cleaned the bathrooms. Let me tell you, food just doesn't seem nearly as appealing when you're up to your elbows in scrubbing toilets.
Well I'm off to start my day. I hope everyone has a great OP day!!!

Good morning everyone,
I am the most excited to report my weight loss today.
I know that my ticker showed 205, and that I mentioned that I gained a “couple” of pounds over my “I thought I was pregnant break”, but I have a confession to make: by “a couple” it was NOT really literally that I meant it, I just did not want to admit it and mention it, but the truth is that I gained 10 whole pounds which brought me to 215!!! Between being sad over not being pregnant and dealing with my emotions, the first week I got back OP having TOM, I lost 3 pounds (which brought me to 212), the week after I lost only 1.6 pound (which brought me to 210.4) and I am soooooooooo excited to report my weight loss for this week….
And Ladies and Gentleman, this week Sandra lost a total of 9.2 Pounds!!! I was so positively chocked, I could not believe it.
So as of today, I weigh 201.2, the lowest I ever weighed since starting this diet, I feel amazing and I am ONLY 2.2 pounds away from ONEDERLAND.
I am so happy about this even though I had the roughest day at work yesterday with a colleague fabricating lies about me!!! Seriously, I never imagined that such people exist in real life, I always thought they were only characters in TV dramas! But anyway… I will deal with it the best I can. I decided not to have any conversation with this colleague except via e-mails, this way I will always have a written proof of what I said and did.
Good luck everyone.

Congrats! Believe the loss and that you deserve good things to happen to you!
To heck with the coworker (there will always be insecure people we have to deal with) - do what you need to protect yourself - keep smiling and know that there are people out here that have your back!

Congratulations Sandra....I'm so happy for you! As for your co-worker, do what you need to do to COA, and I agree with just communicating via e-mails may be the best way to do this. And I'm with ptod, you do have people out here that have your back!!

Congratulations Ishbel, I can't wait til I hit Onederland!!! Hopefully it will not be that long. I totally agree with you on where has this diet been all our lives!! If I'd known about it 15 years ago, I would not have been so miserable all this time. But I can't go back and change the past, I can only move forward and this plan is in my life now and it will the be last!!!! And I can honselty say that I feel so much better and I will be better off and so much healthier that I have ever been!!!!!

Good Morning everyone!
Starting my 2nd day. Had a good first day. Woke up hungry this morning which is a good thing for me. Usually I wake up feeling bloated, so this is a nice change.
I have a few questions I can't seem to find answers for on "search""
1. Has anyone tried to make hot coffee with the vanilla RTD? Like a flavored latte or something?
2. Why do the RTD have straws attached that dont go to the bottom of the carton? Am I missing something? My straw fell in and couldnt get it out. Squeezed carton in my mouth and it went everywhere...
Anyways, thanks in advance for any helpful info. You guys are so inspiring!

Good morning all
It has been a while since I posted, been real busy at work and haven't had a lot of time after work to look... I try to read as many posts as I can each morning before really getting to work. I usually have my breakfast while reading.
Everyone this diet is so worth all of your work. It has opened up a new life for me. I never dreamed of being called skinny by anyone (least of all the people in my life who I find truly skinny). I know I am still the same person inside but my I have noticed how people see you differently... A friend who is a photographer photoed me last weekend and when I came out in my skort and shirt the makeup artist said to me "holy cow look how small your thighs are" Hey you all I HAVE SKINNY THIGHS... I was flipping through Victoria secret and checked out their size charts and my thigh and waist measurements puts me in the small to medium in their charts... NOW how awesome is that...
I have yet to hit my goal weight but I will keep trying in maintenance to do it.
Carla, way to go you are getting there you will hit your goal in no time. I am so proud of you.
Sandra - that is a huge weight loss way to go.
Wuv - love you new pic
Jelly - same for yours.
Busy mon - feel better
and all have a great OP week, and congrats on all the nsv and svs...
