Looking to start a p.i.n.k. Method support group
Hi gals!
I know pink uses another site with forums and resin es but it feel crazy and scattered to me. Tis has been such a good source of support for me so I would love to see if I can get a group of girls to push each other here instead.
Let me know if you are interested in support and accountability.
AJ

It is a diet & workout program that was featured on the doctors and endorsed by dr Phil. I just got it this morning so I only know what I am reading and not from results yet. It's high protein and fiber but does not exclude carbs all together. It comes with fitness DVDs so if is all included, diet, support, recipes, meal plans and of course the quick work outs to get you there.
We will see how well it works really but dr Phil has never endorsed a diet ever so that is something and structurally the diet looks fantastically square.
Oh and it's just for women. It's designed and targeted at women only so it's written and communicated in a fantastic way. I love that.

Oh, I don't watch tv so I had no idea. Didn't Dr. Phil endorse his own diet a few years ago?

I would love to have a support group! My package is coming today. I still have not been able to get into VIP, even though I have sent several emails.

So here it is. I cheated over the weekend. I am sick today and cant keep anything down so I am restarting the refresh tomorrow.
I did great a few days last week.
I used chocolate whey protein instead of vanilla because the vanilla was sooo gross. (to me)
I dont LOVE meat so I ate as much as I could and then after getting sick of it for 3 days reached out to get the formula for vegetarians.
How are you guys doing?

Best wishes ladies! Just wanted to point out that Dr Phil actually has been involved in the diet industry in the past: to the tune of a 10 million dollar settlement:
Dr Phil Diet Lawsuit
I saw the pink diet on his show yesterday and it seemed reasonable enough, but just wanted to point out that Dr Phil's advice might need to be taken with a grain of salt.

This was not just on the Dr Phil Show...it was on The Doctors etc also. I think just because it appeared on his first it is only associated with his show. Oh Well.
I wonder why people aren't giving The Doctors a hard time about promoting it on there show?
