I try to stay mostly on phase 1 and add in phase 2 every now and then so I didnt use the flour or milk. I just cooked the broccoli in the chicken broth and added the velveeta (I did use the 2% version). It was fantastic and both my girls and my husband loved it!! Thanks!!!

Ok, I messed with the recipe. Is it supposed to be thin or did I use too much broth?

I tweaked it some - I poached chicken tenders in broth, water, garlic and onion. I strained and set aside the chicken and used the liquid plus more stock (32 oz. total) to cook broccoli and cauliflower. Added milk and WW flour then 16 oz. of Velveeta and pepper. Used immersion stick blender and blended until chunky then added the shredded chicken.

It tastes good but is a bit thin.
