Good Morning Chickadees!

How is everybody doing?

I got up early and did 45 minutes of cardio (a 3 mile walking tape) before getting ready for work so I am proud of myself ;-)

I found a new walking dvd at Walmart this week. It is called "Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds Express Super Challenge 4 Miles". It is 60 minutes long, and lets you know when you are at the 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile and 4 mile mark, so if you do not have the time or the energy to do a 4 mile mark, you can just a 1, 2 or 3 mile walk. I only had 45 minutes this morning so I just did 3 miles and then forwarded to the stretching. I really liked it. It's easy to follow. Basically its walking, kicking, side stepping, etc. with hand movements.

Hey, is anybody gonna join me on the daily food log? As yall can tell I had a bad day yesterday but I went ahead and logged it anyway. Who knows, maybe if I hadn't been thinking in the back of my mind that I was gonna have to log it, well goodness knows how bad my eating would have been yesterday.

I guess Judomom is busy reading that new South Beach Diet book she got in? what ya think Judo?

Kemp - thanks for taking the time to try to explain Body Rx to me - I need to glance at a book I guess bec the first thing I thought was that would be like 200 grams of carbs a day? maybe I misunderstood which is very likely since I'm trying to do about 10 things while I'm reading these posts. haha

Hope everybody has a blessed day!

hugs,
cathy

Good morning guys! I woke up thinking it was Friday but boy was I wrong. augh! Two more days of this place.

Nothing really going on. Hubby came home last night from Denver around midnight so it was nice to have him back in the house again. I still had a full bed though. I finally kick the dog out and DH is in her place. I swear that dog sleeps like a human all stretched out. I have caught her a few times with her head on the pillow.

I think I might join in on the food jurnaling. I keep track in a binder but I guess I could do it here too.

Cathy my carb # is 320g but I never get that high. I do eat wheat bread and brown rice and potatoes so that is why I like this plan. I am still allowed to have those and I don't feel so deprived. Maybe that will give you an idea of what I can and do eat. Let me tell you I eat all day long too.

I have had a couple of fairly good days. My housekeeper cam e yesterday. I do more work than she does in prep for her coming...but it keeps me motivated and on top of things.

We are going to see Miss. Siagon tomorrow. Busy with lots of fun stuff....not much work....yikes when the bills come....but hey this is living!

Have a great day everyone! I will check in later.
