Hey yall!
Just looking for some gals who are looking to lose about 40 pounds. I was here before and lost 33 of the 40 pounds I was looking to lose last time. Well, its all back! dang... lol

Anyway, looking for a group of gals to keep me motivated (and hopefully I can motivate you too!) and stay accountable! I know I can do this, I know you can do this, so lets do it!

So far, I have started with calorie counting and watching my carbs (same as last time) and I am doing a combo of p90x and Couch to 5k. I also am going to join a new gym (the one I was a member of before wasnt as good as the new one!)

So, lets here it, what are yall doin?

Hiya, I'd love to join your group, I'm working on getting rid off about 50 pounds by counting calories, eating mostly whole foods and walking everyday. However, I do plan on involving more excercising. Let me know!
